Other duties may be assigned.Add Essential Duties and Responsibilities according to position.Manages the Inventory Department to accomplish its goals and objectives.Works to support other departments within the company and to accomplish company goals.Interacts & communicates with all levels within the company to achieve goals and resolve issues.Works with Purchasing & Engineering on obsolete material, ECO’s, vendor, and material issues.Works with planning to resolve inventory issues, work order problems, and bills of material (BOM) errors.Writes, establishes & approves department policies & procedures.Makes recommendations for capital expenses and reviews department operating costs.Coordinate team projects.Establishes themselves as a leader with proven abilities and skills.• Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.• Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervised EmployeesDirectly and indirectly supervises employees.
