The Account Executive, Direct Sales, is responsible for driving residential subscriber growth through face-to-face, consultative selling within assigned neighborhoods and communities. This is a performance-driven, field-based sales role for motivated individuals who thrive on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and controlling their own earning potential.


As the face of Ezee Fiber in your territory, you will educate homeowners on the advantages of fiber internet, conduct door-to-door outreach, and build durable relationships across local communities, HOAs/POAs, homebuilders, and property managers—connecting families to one of the fastest-growing fiber networks in the country.


This is a 100% uncapped commission opportunity, giving you unlimited earning potential based on your performance. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or someone with exceptional drive and a desire to build a rewarding career, no telecommunications experience is required.


• Generate new residential customers through direct, face-to-face, and door-to-door sales activities within assigned territories.
• Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations tailored to each customer's needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, activity standards, and customer acquisition goals through consistent prospecting and follow-up.
• Educate customers on Ezee Fiber's products, services, pricing, promotions, and competitive advantages.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, HOA/POA representatives, homebuilders, property managers, and community leaders.
• Develop referral opportunities through exceptional customer service and follow-through.
• Maintain an expert understanding of Ezee Fiber's product set and the competitive landscape.
• Represent Ezee Fiber professionally in the field, upholding the highest standards of integrity and brand experience.
• Participate in sales meetings, field coaching, team training, community events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and clear, timely communication with leadership and team members.
• Properly maintain all assigned sales equipment, marketing collateral, and company resources, ensuring readiness for daily use.
• Other duties as assigned.


Education Experience Requirement:  High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, military service, or other customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Previous door-to-door, telecommunications, wireless, solar, roofing, home security, or outside sales experience is highly desirable.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required.

Valid Driver's License 


The requirements described below are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this role, the associate will regularly:
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, humidity, and wind.
• Walk assigned neighborhoods and stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Navigate uneven terrain and tolerate exposure to noise and dust.
• Wear required company apparel and personal protective equipment (PPE) during applicable tasks.


Daily local travel within assigned sales territories is required (generally within a 10-mile radius). Representatives should expect to spend the majority of the workday in designated neighborhoods and communities meeting with prospective customers. Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
