Position Responsibilities
  • Lead technical strategy from discovery through proposal, demo, and post-sale alignment for enterprise opportunities
  • Translate operational challenges into orchestrated customer journeys and scalable reference architectures
  • Design and deliver tailored demos and proof‑of‑concepts, including full configuration of demo environments independently
  • Build ROI models and outcome‑driven business cases around access, containment, cost‑to‑serve, completion, and revenue impact
  • Feed structured insights back to Product and GTM; contribute to reusable playbooks, assets, and enablement content
Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years in solutions engineering, technical pre‑sales, or solution architecture—ideally in cloud, contact center, or AI‑enabled customer experience platforms
  • Proven track record in complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals in healthcare or other highly regulated industries
  • Hands‑on experience with Voice, messaging, AI agents, intelligent routing, call containment, and journey orchestration use cases—from design through deployment and measurement
  • Strong grasp of APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture across EHR, CRM, CCaaS, and analytics ecosystems
  • Executive presence with the ability to lead consultative conversations from frontline operators to C‑suite
  • Curious, customer‑first mindset with a bias toward repeatable processes and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–30%
