Sr. Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

  • 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and AI/ML solution development.
  • Strong experience with Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, NLP, and AI-driven automation.
  • Expertise in end-to-end model development, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
  • Experience with Responsible AI, model governance, bias testing, explainability, and AI ethics frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, metadata standards, and secure data handling.
  • Experience working with large datasets and building executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights for leadership teams.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring analysts, and driving enterprise AI initiatives.
  • Public sector or government experience is a plus.
