Global Account Executive – Cosmetic & Drug Sales  
Remote | Full-Time | Base: $55k| OTE of 103K +  Uncapped Commission

We're a fast growing team spanning 21 offices worldwide and always looking for talented and dedicated professionals to join us. 

The Global Sales team plays a crucial role in educating both prospective and current international and US clients on U.S. Food and Drug Administration requirements for drugs and cosmetics. As an account executive within our team, you will be a pivotal regulatory resource, responsible for selling Registrar Corp’s solutions and services. In this role, you will manage the full sale cycle and actively engage with new businesses and clients through outbound calls while also managing tradeshow and webinar contacts.

Position Summary:  

The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by managing the full sales cycle for our cosmetic and drug services and solutions. This role focuses on prospecting and engaging internal and domestic clients, generating opportunities through proactive outbound sales activities, and developing strong client relationships. The Account Executive identifies customer needs, delivers tailored solutions, negotiates contracts, and closes business while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure exceptional client experiences and successful project execution. Success in this role requires strong consultative selling skills, business development expertise, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue and activity goals in a fast-paced, regulated services environment. 

Role Responsibilities:  

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, which includes lead qualification (BANT), identifying key decision makers and initiating new sales opportunities, securing meetings with prospects, delivering sales presentations, communicating value propositions, and negotiating contracts  

  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of U.S. FDA requirements for cosmetics and drugs to best assist prospective and current clients  

  • Expand international and US sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services while finding customer solutions  

  • Communicate cross culturally with business executives, managers, and supervisory-level contacts  

  • 100% quota attainment through self-generated, webinar, and trade show leads  

Required Qualifications:  

  • 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales role managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, opportunity development, and closing new business. 

  • Demonstrated passion for identifying, sourcing, and developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research. 

  • Experience performing product demonstrations and utilizing a consultative sales approach to diagnose client needs, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions. 

  • Skilled in conducting outbound prospecting activities while effectively managing inbound leads to maximize pipeline growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation. 

  • Strong technical and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems. 

  • Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally for trade shows, conferences, client meetings, and company headquarters in Hampton, VA. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Foreign language skills (particularly Spanish or Korean) highly desired  

  • Knowledge of U.S. Food and Drug Administration requirements for drugs and cosmetics 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations preferred
