Job description

You'llย be the first voice a practice hears from 315. Your job is to open doors:ย identifyย primary care and specialty practices across Georgia and the Southeast that are a fit for CCP, start the conversation, and carry it through discovery. You'll work with our team to vet theย practice'sย patient panel data, build the case for what CCP would mean for their patients and their bottom line, and - once the practice is warm and ready to move - hand the deal to an Account Executive to bring home.ย

This is not a smile-and-dial commodity sales job.ย You'llย be selling a program that genuinely improves patient outcomes, to physicians and practice administrators who can tell the difference betweenย a pitchย andย a partnership.ย You'llย need to learn the clinical and financial storyย cold andย tell it with conviction.

Responsibilities:
    • Build and work a pipeline of medical practices through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-person visitsย
    • Run discovery conversations with physicians, practice managers, and administrators to understand their patient population and pain pointsย
    • Coordinate the data-vetting phase - working with our analytics team toย sizeย the opportunity within a practice's patient panelย
    • Present the CCP value story: better chronic care for patients, new recurring revenue for the practice, zero added staffing burdenย
    • Secure warm agreements and execute clean handoffs to the Account Executiveย
    • Keep your pipeline documented and honest - we run on data here, and your funnel is no exceptionย
    • Feed what you learn in the field back to leadership;ย you'llย have a direct lineย toย the people making decisionsย

Requirements

    • 1-3 years of sales experience - SDR/BDR, outside sales, or a full-cycle role. Healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement;ย we'llย teach you the industry if you bring the driveย
    • A natural relationship-builderย who'sย comfortable talking to physicians and front-desk staff alikeย
    • Organized and self-directed - you manage your own pipeline without being chasedย
    • Curious enough to learn a genuinely complex product, and honest enough to sell it straightย
    • Based in (or willing toย relocateย to) theย Middle Georgiaย areaย

Please note our interview process: application reviewed, one way video interview, workplace personality assessment, interview through Microsoft Teams, interview in person, offer extended if applicable

Benefits

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Training & Development
  • Hybrid
  • Full Time, Salaried 50k
