Guest Experience Associate – Luxury HospitalitySan Diego, CA | $20/hour + Unlimited Monthly Commission
Luxury Cars. Private Aviation. Five-Star Service.Go Rentals is hiring a Guest Experience Associate (Carcierge) to deliver personalized, white-glove service to private aviation guests, executives, high-profile travelers, and luxury clientele.
This isn't your typical rental car position. You'll work in a high-end aviation and hospitality environment, creating seamless experiences and building relationships with guests who expect exceptional service.

What You'll DoAs a Guest Experience Associate, you'll be the face of Go Rentals and a trusted point of contact throughout the guest's rental experience.
You'll:
  • Welcome guests and provide personalized, attentive service
  • Coordinate seamless vehicle arrivals and departures
  • Anticipate guest needs and quickly resolve requests
  • Build relationships with guests, aviation partners, and local teams
  • Maintain Go Rentals' standards for presentation, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience while earning uncapped commission

  • Ensure each and every guest entering the FBO/hotel has an exceptional experience
  • Answer incoming guest telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Negotiate rental contracts with guests  
  • Open and close rental contracts; ensuring all required client paperwork is complete and accurate
  • Respond to and investigate guest inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, mail, and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner  
  • Assist all guests with inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner both on the telephone and in person  
  • Understand and communicate information regarding Go Rentals products, services, and policies to new and existing clients  
  • Ensure that all cars are cleaned by the close of business; wash and detail vehicles as needed  
  • Prepare and present vehicles for guest rental; ensuring each vehicle is thoroughly cleaned
  • Perform pick‐up and drop‐off service for guests either renting or returning vehicles
  • Grow and expand guest base by building and maintaining rapport with key guests, identifying new guest opportunities, and delivering exemplary guest service
Required Skills
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent  
  • Valid unrestricted driver’s license  
  • Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable  
  • Experience in sales and customer service  
  • Must be 21 years of age or older  
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Experience in aviation, auto rental, guest services, or hospitality, preferred
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods  
  • Smartphone/tablet/technology savvy, preferred
  • College degree, preferred
  • Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.
PAY RANGES:  Pay ranges may vary based on multiple factors, including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift covered, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel.
