This Branch Manager position offers incredible growth potential for the right person. This position is based in the Minneapolis, MN office of LRS Consulting Services, the staffing division of Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc.

You will be responsible for the primary face-to-face contact with your clients in your territory. These accounts will include prospects and existing customers, and you will have a goal of securing the sale of information technology services and solutions within these accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for a proven senior Account Executive in the IT staffing industry who is ready to step into branch leadership.

You do not need prior P&L management experience; we will provide the support and structure to help you grow into full ownership of branch financial performance. In addition to managing your own book of business, you will be responsible for the overall success of the Minneapolis branch. You will lead a recruiting team and a sales team that includes a Sales Manager and Account Executives, and you will own the branch P&L, including revenue, gross profit, headcount planning, and expense management.

You will attend meetings with decision-makers of targeted accounts to identify opportunities and move those opportunities to a close by obtaining a signed customer agreement and/or statement of work for solutions and services offered by LRS Consulting Services. Compensation will consist of a base salary plus commission and branch performance incentives. Applicant Requirements Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to close contracts so that you achieve your personal revenue goal, and by the overall revenue, gross profit, and profitability performance of the branch.

Your interim progress will be judged by your ability to establish, maintain, and move opportunities forward with decision makers in target companies, and by your ability to build, develop, and retain a high-performing team. You must have a solid history working in IT staff augmentation, including at least five years' experience providing IT staffing services in the Minneapolis market, with established knowledge of and relationships within the local business community. You must reside in the Minneapolis metro area and be willing to work in our Minneapolis office three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday), with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

You must have effective written and verbal communication skills. You will be a stronger candidate if you have experience managing or mentoring Account Executives and/or Recruiters in the staffing industry. You must have permanent authorization to work in the USA.

No visa sponsorships are available. Organization Structure and Interfaces The LRS Consulting Services Group is managed by a Senior Vice President, and each office is managed by a branch manager. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Consulting Services.
