We are looking for an Application Support Engineer / .NET + React Developer to join our engineering team in Tampa, Florida. This is a Work from Office role combining application support, backend development, troubleshooting, business analysis, and client engagement.
The primary responsibility will be supporting multiple business-critical applications, while also contributing to the development and enhancement of designated applications. The ideal candidate should be strong in C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, and backend troubleshooting, while also possessing excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes or appropriate workarounds.
  • Monitor recurring issues and proactively identify opportunities for application improvement.
  • Support production releases, deployments, and post-release validation.
  •  Prioritize and manage multiple incidents based on business impact and severity.
  •  Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-based articles

Backend Development
  •  Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET / .NET Core.

Qualifications
  •  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  •     1–4 years of professional experience in software development, application support, or a combination of both.
  •   Strong backend development and SQL fundamentals.
  •   Experience troubleshooting production applications and APIs.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •     Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  •  Comfortable working with multiple applications and priorities.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Tampa, Florida.
