Executive Axiom Space Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Cimarron is seeking an Avionics Senior Electrical Engineer to support the Axiom Space Commercial Space Station program in Houston, TX. The selected candidate for this position will play a key role in the development of hardware and firmware for commercial human spaceflight modules. Key Duties: Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for the Axiom Space Station.

Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation. Perform integration and testing of electrical systems. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues.

Support design reviews of power and hardware systems as well as other spacecraft systems. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, including mechanical, software, and systems engineers. Perform project engineering functions across all Avionics projects.Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Due to facility security requirements, only U.S

Experience designing, developing, testing, and verifying human spaceflight electrical systems and components. Proficiency in using simulation tools to analyze circuit performance. Understanding of PCB layout, manufacturing, EEE parts selection, and environmental qualifications.

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another related technical discipline. Desired Skills, Experience, and Education: Experience with coding languages, specifically Python and MATLAB. Knowledge of EMI/EMC design principles.

Experience with VHDL/FPGA Core Design. Experience with analog, digital, or mixed signal multilayer PCB design. Ability to interface with mechanical and thermal subsystems.
