A/V Sales Engineer | Integrated Technology Division
Location: Houston TX | Contract to hire
Join AMSYS Innovative Solutions, a growing leader in Smart Buildings and Integrated Technology, and help design and deliver next-gen audio-visual experiences for enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with account executives and clients to shape A/V project goals and system designs.
  • Conduct site surveys, needs assessments, and design solutions using AutoCAD, D-Tools, or Visio.
  • Build proposals, BOMs, and technical drawings that tell a compelling story.
  • Support sales cycles - RFPs, bids, and client presentations - with confidence and clarity.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless hand-offs from design to delivery.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in A/V design, sales engineering, or technical sales.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Shure, Cisco, Zoom, Teams, etc.
  • Understanding of AV-over-IP, Dante, AES67, and networking fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in D-Tools, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Visio.
  • CTS / CTS-D or manufacturer certifications a plus!
