Job description

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership by managing complex priorities, sensitive information, communications, and logistics with a high degree of independent judgment, discretion, flexibility, and adaptability. Works collaboratively within a team setting to support shared priorities and responds to changing business needs, including occasional responsibilities outside standard business hours.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a comparable support role required.

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Lean or Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare or medical setting preferred.

  • Demonstrates professionalism, tact, discretion, and courtesy when interacting with executives, board members, leaders, staff, physicians, patients and external stakeholders.
