Position Overview
We are seeking a high energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves to stay organized, enjoys a variety of tasks, and has a can-do attitude. You'll be working closely with the CFO, initially handling simple, low level and every day tasks with the goal being to learn and develop the skills necessary to perform high-level functions such as preparing detailed financial reports and assisting with financial and technical processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to the CFO, including calendar management, daily functions, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in preparing high-level financial analysis and technical reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to personal errands, ensuring the CFO's day runs smoothly.
  • Help manage and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate special projects and events as needed.

Qualifications
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Energetic, proactive, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
