EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
FINANCE DEPARTMENT - EDUCATION SERVICE CENTER


ABOUT THE POSITION
School District 49 is actively seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at the Education Service Center. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Finance Department, ensuring efficient financial processes, responsive customer service, and continuity of operations. This role serves as a key backup for finance functions and supports the department with accounts payable activities, journal entries, student fee administration, purchasing card oversight, and facility rentals. The position requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Calendar: Full Year
Reports to:  Chief Financial Officer
Hourly rate of pay: The pay range is $24.68 to $31.84 per hour, based on relevant prior work experience. The final starting rate will be determined after reviewing the experience listed on the job application. Please ensure all relevant work experience is included to support accurate pay placement.
