The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support the VP Office Suite for NA Operations located in Bellevue, WA.
The NA Operations VP oversees the Amazon facilities across North America, including Customer Fulfillment, Sort Centers, Delivery Stations, Air, Fleet and many more. The teams manage the last mile delivery execution to the customer's home/business and operates 24x7 and spans the entire continental US and Canada through hundreds of unique locations. On a daily basis, our team strives to iterate and redefine the definition of world class in the speed and quality we deliver to our customers all while providing the best possible employee experience.
The Executive Assistant in this role will report to the Senior Executive Assistant and will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives in managing high level calendar schedule needs and administrative tasks. The role responsibilities include managing the complex VP calendar, coordinating event logistics, partnering with lead Executive Assistants on schedule alignment and projects, and managing SOPs comms for the EA team. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
