Administrative Supervisor

Job Purpose: This position is for an upbeat professional that will coordinate the administrative support of Attic Angel as well as hiring, scheduling/payroll, training, and supervising of Administrative Assistants. This position provides excellent hospitality and/or concierge needs of residents and guests and serves as the face of Attic Angel ensuring all who enter feel welcome. The Administrative Supervisor utilizes a high level of professionalism and confidentiality related to resident and staff needs and directly supports the day to day administrative needs of the Campus Executive Director and campus team.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of Attic Angel.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, schedule, supervise, and support Administrative Assistants.
  • Manage scheduling and payroll processes for the administrative team.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and concierge services to residents, families, guests, and visitors.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and ensure every person who enters the community feels welcomed and valued.
  • Support the Campus Executive Director and leadership team with daily administrative functions, reports, meetings, and special projects.
  • Maintain confidential resident, employee, and business information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Foster a positive, organized, and customer-focused front office environment.
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative and customer service experience required.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and passion for serving older adults.
When You'll Work
This is a full-time, day-shift position working Monday through Friday. Occasional flexibility may be required to support campus events, meetings, training, or other business needs.
