Requirements: Minimum 2 years Acute Dialysis RN experience required Charge Experience Required Required Certification: BLS (AHA) and ACLS License: Active Compact or Single-State RN license required at submission Preferred Experience: DCI, Charge Nurse, PD, CRRT, SLED, Prismaflex, and Epic (may submit if missing 1–2 skills) May float to LTACH and SNF units Fresenius dialysis machines
