TerritoryStrategyPlanning:

  • Deliver the transformation/change agenda towards One Globeexecutionvia the territory leadership teams
  • Ensure that the territorystrategicobjectives and initiatives arealigned with the overall Globe corporatestrategy

TerritoryStrategy Execution:

  • Drivecross-functional alignmentto deliver on territory shared goals
  • Provideproject management support to critical projects, and drive process improvementsin collaboration with the Head Office to supplement territoryexecutionefforts.
  • Accelerate support for the territory leadership teams inaddressingexecutiongaps and roadblocks inpartnershipwith the Group Heads
  • Do regular onground insighting via territory immersions, customer FGDs,partnerkumustahans to capture realities and opportunities to improvestrategy execution

TerritoryStrategyMeasurement:

  • Proactively monitor territory progress against Shared KPIsand identify key performance drivers
  • Enable the territories with clear plans, structures,scorecards, dashboards and other toolsto effectively deliver territory priorities.
