At Pillar Home Buyers, we believe every homeowner deserves a fair, honest, and stress-free way to sell their home. We provide creative, win-win solutions for homeowners facing foreclosure, probate, inherited properties, major repairs, financial hardship, and other challenging situations.

This is much more than a traditional Executive Assistant role.

You'll become the owner's right hand, helping manage priorities, organize projects, coordinate schedules, and keep the business moving forward. Your job is to create structure, anticipate needs, solve problems before they happen, and protect the owner's time so they can focus on growing the company and serving homeowners.

You'll work closely with our Administrative Assistant while utilizing established systems, playbooks, and Executive Assistant coaching. As the company grows, you'll have opportunities to grow professionally.

✔ Outstanding organizational and time management skills

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

✔ High level of professionalism and discretion

You aren't afraid to respectfully remind leadership when priorities are slipping because your goal isn't simply completing tasks—it's helping the entire business succeed.

You thrive on organization, systems, and making someone else's day easier.

Most importantly, you lead with humility and a servant's heart.

If your mindset is:
