Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a challenging environment, anticipates needs, and knows how to keep senior leadership organized and moving forward? Stribling Equipment and Empire Truck Sales are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Executive Assistant to provide direct, high-level support to the CEO.

This is a highly visible and trusted position requiring exceptional organization, discretion, communication, and follow-through. The ideal candidate is initiative-taking, meticulous, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and capable of working independently with confidential and time-sensitive information.

What You'll Do

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as a trusted, confidential administrative partner and help coordinate executive priorities, communications, reporting, and business activities across multiple companies and locations.

  • Provide highly confidential executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team, exercising exceptional discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, schedules, meetings, appointments, conference calls, and correspondence, ensuring efficient prioritization of time and organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and business travel, including airline reservations, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, detailed itineraries, and travel-related logistics.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain a wide range of executive-level materials, including reports, presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, organizational charts, and other business-critical documentation with minimal supervision.
  • Anticipate executive needs, assess priorities, and proactively identify, escalate, and route matters to the appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments, branch locations, vendors, insurance providers, and external business partners to facilitate communication, support organizational goals, and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Act as a trusted associate to executive leadership by managing sensitive information, coordinating high-priority projects, and supporting strategic business objectives across the organization.
