Executive Assistant

Join Diamond Medical Laboratories, a company committed to delivering high-quality care through our diverse, energetic, and highly trained professional personnel. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Office Operations Director and providing direct client support services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Become the first point of contact for clients/facilities, providing escalated support

  • Ensure the Dispatch team is supported, including criticals, client support, and answering phones

  • Support Courier dispatch operations and payroll

  • Assist the Office Ops Director with assigned tasks, such as HR functions and supply ordering

  • Adjust schedule to compensate for absent staff to ensure continuous operations

  • Scan daily documents into the proper data archive locations

  • Develop expertise in Nexxus and LabDaq systems

  • Set up new clients and users in the portal

  • Provide training to new clients and employees

  • Support CEO/COO with Client Satisfaction Engagement Activities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Associate's degree or equivalent

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
