PRO Pediatric Services is seeking exceptional Behavioral Health Workers to provide services within a local intermediate unit for the 2026-2027 school year.

Job Details:

  • Location: Monroeton, PA
  • Schedule: Full-time, M-F 8:15am-3:30pm
  • Caseload: K-9, Autistic Support and Emotional Support classrooms
  • Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Services and experience working with children with behavioral challenges. Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Worker is highly preferred.
  • General Responsibilities: Behavioral Health Workers provide behavior support to all students within the classroom, support individual behavioral plans and interventions, run daily social-emotional groups, provide direct behavioral instruction, and model appropriate behavior for students.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Services is required
  • Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
  • A minimum of one-year experience working with children with behavioral challenges
  • Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Worker is highly preferred
  • Completion of the 40 hour RBT training is highly preferred. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation.
  • Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
