IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for Advanced Excel Model Developer to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona.  Please find below additional details about this job. Job Description


The overall objective of this engagement is to develop an integrated Excel based financial and activity budget and forecasting model that streamlines the reporting process, reduces staff time in updating and producing reports, ties directly to program activities, reconciles to State financial accounting formats, and enables "what if"/scenario analysis among other functionalities. 
Specifically, work result in a model will address the following;  
-Federal quarterly reporting requirements of dollars and activities (FFR & PPR)
-Integration with the State of Arizona financial accounting system including reconciliation between FirstNet reporting and State reports
-Integration with labor time keeping workbooks 
-Tracking of State of Arizona in-kind contributions and obligations; internal to ADOA and external in-kind contributions.
-Tracking of internal FTE, Contract and external contract personnel resources. 
-Tracking of non-labor expenses, including overheads.
-Documentation of assumptions to the unit level, model functionality, and the  update and reconciliation processes; including a taxonomy/data dictionary
-Reporting and analysis within various time periods, e.g. fiscal year, calendar year, cumulative/inception to-date. 
-Reporting at granular activity level with ability to roll up reports in various formats
-Ability to easily update unit and other assumptions resulting in streamlined scenario analysis.
-Production of standard charts, graphs and tables.
