Job description

Principal Duties:
  • Aggregate loan activity from various sources into summary remittance reports
  • Reconcile custodial bank accounts to loan activities accurately and timely
  • Remit funds due to investors accurately and timely
  • Research and resolve questions timely, accurately, and thoroughly
  • Understand and utilize systems: Excel, SQL, and Black Knight/LPS
  • Ensure all deal points are completely analyzed and communicated to the appropriate parties
  • Owns ancillary reporting and/or processes
  • Trains and mentors other Investor Reporting Analysts

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical skills for effective data interpretation and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Investor Reporting or Accounting related functions
  • Working knowledge of Investor Reporting concepts and/or requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage tasks simultaneously
  • High levels of data literacy, including abilities in SQL, VBA, Python, or equivalent technical skills
