Job description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables;
  • Prepare journal entries and adjusting entries;
  • Prepare bank reconciliations;
  • Prepare month-end and year-end closing;
  • Prepare inventory reconciliations and adjustments;
  • Cash flow management;
  • Prepare GST/HST returns and Corporate Tax Instalments;
  • Prepare Debit/Credit notes;
  • Reconcile Trip expense reports;
  • Credit analysis and checking;
  • Handle all the paperwork for foreign exchange transactions;
  • Approve CRM transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • University graduate with accounting or business degree;
  • A student member of CPA or ACCA, and working towards a designation;
  • 2-3 years of working experience in the accounting field;
  • Proficiency in Sage 300 ERP, CRM and QuickBooks Accounting software;
  • Proficiency in MS office, particularly MS Excel spreadsheet;
  • Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, payable and general ledger;
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
