Job description

Spartan Plumbing is looking to add a Plumbing Installation Manager to our dynamic, growing team!

Join a fast-paced and supportive environment where you will play a central role in driving operational success, supporting our field teams, and delivering world-class service to our customers. Using your communication skills and superior organizational abilities, you will oversee the pulse of daily operations for our Plumbing and Drain Installation departments.

This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can anticipate challenges, hold teams accountable, and establish and refine processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and performance. You'll handle logistics, scheduling, accountability, and customer relations while keeping the day running smoothly-even when things get tough.


Work Hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Pay Scale:

  • Starting at $80,000 yearly + Bonus Potential (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations for the Plumbing and Drain Installation departments.
  • Manage scheduling, dispatching, and logistics to optimize field team efficiency.
  • Proactively foresee and address operational challenges.
  • Develop, document, and enforce processes and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Implement and maintain accountability systems to ensure top performance.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Handle purchasing processes, including using purchasing software and following PO guidelines.

Qualification Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in dispatching and/or scheduling
  • 3+ years of experience in the plumbing industry
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent customer relationship and phone skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
