This remote position offers the flexibility of a telehealth setting, ensuring that our counselors can provide support from the comfort of their homes while facilitating clients' access to quality mental health care. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and systems for maintaining seamless communication with your clients and members of the healthcare team.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to effectively evaluate clients’ mental health issues and customize their treatment options.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address a client’s specific challenges, goals, and cultural considerations.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care and optimize client outcomes.

• Educate and support clients’ families, fostering their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process to enhance recovery.

• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of confidential client records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges. Your role is critical in creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while implementing effective coping strategies.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee is required.

• Demonstrated experience and specialized training in mental health counseling are essential.

• Exceptional counseling and therapeutic skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients toward positive change.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technological applications for documentation and coordination.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• Prior experience working in telehealth or remote counseling environments is preferred, providing familiarity with virtual platforms.

• Adeptness at employing evidence-based therapeutic frameworks to support diverse client needs.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
