Job Objective:
Monitors, maintains, and controls the safe, healthy and environmentally sound operations of the gas /oil pipelines.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviews andmonitorspriorshift, to check for accuracy, daily computerlogand scan process board.
  • Monitors andmaintainsoperations by measuring and regulatingflowofproduct.
  • Monitors andmaintainspipelineby conducting studies and inspections.
  • Ensuresoperation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs,maintainingequipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Prepares pipeline reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Inspects equipment for safety problems, leaks,wearandtear, and makes orrecommendsappropriate repairsandmaintenance..
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications. Contributes to team effort byaccomplishingrelated results, as needed.
  • Maintainssafeand healthy work environment by practicing pipeline standards, adhering to legal regulations, and conducting inspections.
  • Monitors andmaintainslogs of meter readings, test results, and adjustments made.
  • Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency,alignmentand innovation.
  • Supports company vision and mission.
  • Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
  • Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).

  • Ability to perform work assignments with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
  • Ability to accurately perform tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with different truck groups that transportproduct.
  • Proficiencyin the use and application of the following software: Microsoft Office (Excel,Word& Outlook).
  • Ability to make independent, rational decisions, asrequired.

  • Ability to work alone and highly motivated.
