Job description

Position Description: Delta College of Arts and Technology is seeking a highly student-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Instructor at our Lafayette campus to teach basic computer skills, Electronic Health Records, and Microsoft Office programs. This is a daytime position.
The Instructor's responsibilities include:
Learning and adapting the course curriculum.
Mentoring students and providing additional support when needed.
Overseeing examinations and final practical tests.
Providing course feedback to the Director.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date classroom records.This could be a terrific opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with our students.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
EHR experience is required.Teaching experience is preferred, but not required. The college offers training for all faculty.Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.
