• Basic understanding of how AI tools (especially LLMs) can be applied in business contexts (e.g., content drafting, data summarization, workflow automation)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and follow through reliably
• A process-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and provide updates
• Comfort learning new tools and systems; demonstrates curiosity and initiative, especially around emerging AI technologies
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting process improvements or workflow optimization initiatives
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Airtable, AppSheet, Notion), Mininimal coding on tools like Replit
• Experience experimenting with or building simple AI-assisted workflows (e.g., prompt design, AI + automation integrations)
