Job Overview

Le specialiste qualite est responsable de la maintenance et du reporting du systeme de management de la qualite.

Il/Elle mettra en uvre les politiques et procedures visant a renforcer la sensibilisation a la qualite, le controle des processus et l'amelioration continue du systeme de management de la qualite.

A Day In The Life
  • Elabore et met en uvre des systemes et procedures de gestion de la qualite afin de garantir la conformite aux normes ISO 9001 et autres exigences reglementaires en matiere de qualite
  • Concoit, execute et supervise les processus d'inspection et de test afin de garantir la qualite et la fiabilite
  • Collabore avec les equipes de developpement produit pour integrer le controle qualite dans la conception et le developpement des produits
  • Analyse les donnees issues des tests de qualite et des indicateurs de production afin d'identifier les axes d'amelioration et de mettre en uvre des actions correctives pour reduire les gaspillages et accroitre l'efficacite
  • Realise des analyses des causes profondes des defauts, redige des rapports et formule des recommandations d'amelioration
  • Redige des rapports detailles sur les problemes de qualite, les indicateurs de performance et les actions correctives
  • Coordonne ses relations avec les fournisseurs afin de garantir la conformite de leurs produits aux normes de qualite
  • Forme et accompagne le personnel de production sur les mesures de controle qualite afin d'ameliorer l'excellence des produits
  • Surveille la performance et la maintenance du systeme de gestion de la qualite
  • Se tient informe(e) des dernieres tendances du secteur et des techniques de controle qualite

What will help you thrive in this role?
  • Diplome d'ingenieur (Bac+5) ou equivalent souhaite
  • Minimum 3 ans d'experience en tant qu'ingenieur qualite (de preference) en milieu industriel
  • Certifications qualite : SSGB, SSBB, CQA, CQM (un atout)
  • Experience en animation de revues de gestion de la qualite, d'evenements Kaizen, de sessions Lean, etc.
  • Maitrise de la resolution de problemes (8D, analyse des causes profondes, risques, AMDEC, etc.)
  • Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
  • Biluingue en francais et en anglais 
  • Capacite a interpreter les plans de produits et de composants
  • Connaissance pratique de base des instruments et jauges de controle qualite
  • Certification en controle qualite est un atout (par exemple, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc.)
  • Experience en conduite d'audits internes et d'audits fournisseurs (un atout)
  • Maitrise de la creation de presentations, de l'animation de formations et de la prise de parole en public (fortement souhaitee)
  • Solides competences en communication, en presentation, en analyse de donnees, en amelioration des processus et en gestion de projet
