A growing organization is seeking a strategic finance leader to lead its finance and accounting operations. This newly created position offers the opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role during a period of community growth and development. This role will oversee budgeting, fund allocation, financial reporting, compliance, capital planning, internal controls, and long-term financial strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys building structure, identifying process gaps, solving problems, and bringing forward ideas that support continued organizational growth.
