Accounting Clerk

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for the support of all accounting department personnel. This is a full-time, seasonal position beginning in May and ending in August or September, depending on the applicant's availability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and make calls
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Data-entry into various spreadsheets
  • Assist accountants as needed
  • Help manage inventory database
  • Run daily errands
  • General office duties
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
