Job description

Job Opportunity

We are currently expanding our business, and seek experienced and seasoned crane operators to join our company on a project in the Des Moines, IA area. Current projects are located in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

Successful applicants should be able to: safely operate friction and/or hydraulic lattice boom cranes and other equipment, such as excavators, dozers, and skid loaders; follow safety rules; work with a positive attitude; have a driver's license; lift up to 50 pounds regularly; drive piling; use a clam bucket or drag-line effectively; and perform daily maintenance of cranes. A CDL and OSHA 10-Hour certification are preferred but not required. In addition, applicants should be NCCCO-qualified or be able to become qualified. Applicants must be willing to travel, as the job requires.

Comprehensive insurance includes dental, short-term disability, health, life, prescription, and vision. EMPLOYEE COVERAGE IS FREE after 2 months of service, and families may be added at a low premium. Other benefits include employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), 401k, year-end bonuses, training expenses and on-the job training, holiday and vacation pay, per diem, military and funeral leave, among other benefits.

Signing bonus of $1,500 available after 6 months of employment.
