Work you'll do
As a Senior Product Specialist in Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce (AM&C) practice, you will operate far beyond the boundaries of traditional product management. You will play a key role in helping clients build, enhance, and launch new digital products, focusing on AI-first and AI-native approaches. You'll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary Deloitte teams and client stakeholders to turn strategic objectives into measurable outcomes and deliver meaningful customer experiences. We tackle the hardest and most interesting problems, measuring our progress in days and weeks and our results not in features shipped, but in end user satisfaction and impact.
You will:
  • Prove it through experience: Bring a proven record of working on high velocity teams building digital products or companies from ideation through launch; provide concrete case studies and metrics demonstrating business impact.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with engineers, designers, and strategists to execute against the product roadmap. Facilitate communication across team functions; assist with stakeholder presentations and product demos to share progress and learnings.
  • AI and Edge Technology Enablement: Research emerging technologies (including AI use cases) to help identify and recommend new solutions for clients. Support learning initiatives to increase fluency and promote healthy adoption within the team.
  • Product Strategy Execution: Translate product vision into actionable implementation plans. Help prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs, analytics, and business impact.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Combine analytical skills, product insights, and entrepreneurial spirit to actively contribute to successful product launches and iterations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on technology trends, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and build a personal reputation as a go-to resource for product leadership and delivery.

We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in product management, digital product development, or venture operations
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading end-to-end engineering product strategy and implementation for software or technology solutions
  • Been a part of a team that has built and launched at least one digital product or venture from concept to market adoption.
  • 2+ years experience working in AI or emerging technologies
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 40% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience launching and scaling startups, ventures, or new business units inside large organizations.
  • Technical proficiency-comfortable with software engineering concepts, architecture trade-offs, and solutioning.
  • Hands-on expertise implementing product analytics, establishing KPIs/OKRs, and driving data-informed iterations; can cite at least two examples of A/B testing or experimentation that led to improved product outcomes.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working within Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint leadership, and release planning for digital products.
  • Background combining consulting, hands-on product leadership, and entrepreneurial achievement.
  • Proven ability to shape, validate, and execute new business models-should have led the go-to-market strategy and financial planning for a new product, including securing internal/external funding or investment.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior client stakeholders in strategic decision-making contexts.
  • Demonstrated fluency with modern AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, ML pipelines) and experience integrating AI into digital product strategies and architectures.
  • Hands-on experience leading AI adoption initiatives, including prototyping, experimentation, and evaluating AI models or platforms.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
