Location:Jupiter, FL

Duration: 3-6 months contract
Pay Range: $32-37/hr - W2 hourly
Duties:
**U.S. Citizenship only, no dual citizenship**

Job Description:
  • Provides transactional and administrative support to the HR function in the areas of Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and other general HR tasks and projects. Examples of work includes but not limited to: administer various human resources processes such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, pay actions, terminations, etc.; process disability leave requests; and maintain employee hardcopy or electronic files.
  • Conducts new-hire orientations. Initiates system access processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and benefit carriers as needed.
  • Assists employees with questions related to HR policies and processes, benefit offerings, and other HR related topics.
  • Provides information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information.
  • Skills:
  • Experience processing data-centric transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • General knowledge of Human Resources to include general policy administration, benefit plans, and disability leave types.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, written and organizational skills
  • Ability to diagnose issues and execute solutions that address root cause
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Efficiency in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Desired:
  • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now system
Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or 2 years post-Secondary / Associates degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
