Amundsen Davis seeks an associate to join the firm's Litigation team in our St. Charles, IL office. One or more years of experience in insurance defense is preferred, and candidates must be licensed in Illinois. General responsibilities include representing clients in all phases of litigation including performing all aspects of oral and written discovery; conducting extensive fact investigation/development and legal research; drafting pleadings, memoranda of law, client reports, and affidavits; engaging in active motion practice in both state and federal court, including dispositive motions; trial preparation and trial work. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required.
