What is an ex assistant?

Ex Assistants, often referred to as Executive Assistants, are professionals who provide high-level administrative support to executives, managers, or other senior staff within an organization. Their responsibilities typically include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the executive's office. Ex Assistants must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They often serve as a key point of contact between executives and other staff or external stakeholders. Familiarity with calendar management software, office suites (like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), and sometimes project management tools is typically required. Outstanding communication, discretion, and adaptability are vital soft skills that set top-performing Executive Assistants apart.
