What You'll Do

As the EVS Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Environmental Services department, ensuring our community remains clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. You'll lead a team of EVS professionals, promote a culture of accountability and teamwork, and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, schedule, and supervise the Environmental Services team
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure exceptional cleanliness and quality standards
  • Investigate and resolve housekeeping concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate departmental activities with other operational teams
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development
  • Maintain inventory levels and order housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • Assist with departmental budgeting, payroll, and operational reporting
  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance service quality
