Recruitment Marketing Strategist

As Interstates continues to grow, attracting the right talent has become both more important and more challenging.

We believe marketing plays an important role in helping us meet our hiring goals. That's why we're investing in a Recruitment Marketing Strategist who will primarily partner with Recruiting, HR, hiring leaders, and business leaders to develop recruitment marketing strategies that strengthen our employer brand and attract the right talent.

Success in this role starts with understanding the hiring challenge. You'll use audience insights, labor market trends, and performance data to shape recruitment marketing strategies, collaborate with our marketing team to bring those strategies to life, measure what's working, and continually improve how we attract talent while supporting broader marketing initiatives as business needs evolve.Recruitment marketing is more than creating campaigns. It's about solving business challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with Recruiting, hiring leaders, HR, and business leaders while serving as the primary marketing advisor for recruitment marketing.
  • Translate hiring priorities into annual recruitment marketing plans that support workforce goals.
  • Identify target audiences, labor market opportunities, employer brand priorities, and marketing initiatives that strengthen talent attraction.
  • Develop integrated recruitment marketing strategies, including campaign objectives, messaging, channel recommendations, content strategy, creative direction, and measures of success.
  • Partner with digital marketing, graphic design, content, project management, and other marketing team members to execute recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Measure campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and refine strategies as hiring priorities evolve.
  • Monitor candidate behavior, labor market trends, competitive hiring activity, and employer brand perception to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Analyze recruitment marketing performance, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes to generate insights that inform future strategy.
  • Present recruitment marketing insights, recommendations, and performance updates to Marketing, Recruiting, and business leaders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment marketing vendors and agency partners.
  • Participate in annual planning and business planning activities.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned to strengthen future recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Stay current on recruitment marketing trends, emerging technologies, and talent attraction best practices.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Eight or more years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, marketing strategy, talent attraction, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn marketing, recruiting, CRM, analytics, and project management platforms.
  • Experience developing marketing strategies informed by research, audience insights, and performance analytics.
