The Judge Group is seeking an HR Systems, Process Improvement & AI Solutions Specialist for a hybrid opportunity located in either Downtown Chicago or Northbrook, IL.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business process expertise, enterprise systems, analytics, automation, and emerging AI technologies to improve operational effectiveness across the HR function. The successful candidate will partner with HR, IT, Finance Systems, and other business stakeholders to optimize processes, enhance system capabilities, develop reporting solutions, and identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and intelligent automation technologies.

COMPENSATION: 90k to 130

• EBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experienc

• sStrong analytical skills with experience using reporting, dashboard, and data visualization tool
• sExperience driving process improvement, automation initiatives, or digital transformation project

sPOSITION OVERVIE

WThe HR Systems, Process Improvement & AI Solutions Specialist will support the evolution of HR technology, automation, analytics, and business processes across the organization. This individual will serve as a key resource for identifying opportunities to leverage technology, workflow optimization, and emerging AI capabilities to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, improve user experience, and strengthen data-driven decision making

.RESPONSIBILITIE

• SSupport and continuously improve HR technology platforms including HRIS/HCM, applicant tracking, learning management, performance management, service delivery, and employee experience solution
• sIdentify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives utilizing workflow automation, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled solution
• sPartner with HR, IT, Finance Systems, and business stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable technology solution
• sSupport exploration and implementation of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered assistants, and automation technologies to improve productivity and operational efficienc
• yAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation, digital workflows, and AI-driven solution
• sDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that support organizational decision makin
• gAssist with system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, data validation, and deployment of new system capabilitie
• sPerform data audits, quality reviews, governance activities, and reporting validation to ensure data integrity and reliabilit
• yDocument business processes, technical workflows, standard operating procedures, and system capabilitie
• sCollaborate on change management initiatives, user adoption strategies, and training programs related to new technologies, automation tools, and AI-enabled solution

nQUALIFICATION

• SBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienc
• eExperience supporting enterprise software platforms, business systems, HR technology, workflow automation, analytics, or process improvement initiative
• sStrong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and leverage emerging technologie
• sExperience working with structured and unstructured data, reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence platform
• sKnowledge of process mapping, process redesign, workflow optimization, or continuous improvement methodologie
• sExperience with Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, Power Platform, API integrations, automation tools, or similar technologies preferre
• dExposure to Generative AI technologies including Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, AI-assisted workflow automation, or enterprise AI platforms is strongly preferre
• dStrong organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skill
• sAbility to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretio
