Job description

Scorpion Harley-Davidson is looking for a meticulous and reliable Accounting Administrator to support our growing operations.
What You'll Do:
  • Post daily bank transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Bill sales deals and input inventory into the EVO system
  • Process OEM dealer transfers and intercompany reconciliations
  • Enter vendor invoices and prepare A/P checks
  • Reconcile monthly OEM parts statements
  • Process F&I product cancellations and warranty refunds
  • Assist with general ledger reconciliations and month-end close
  • Support various projects assigned by the Regional Controller

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in A/R and A/P
  • 2+ years of dealership accounting experience (automotive or powersports)
  • Experience with title work is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with dealership software (EVO or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with data entry, document management, and clerical systems
  • Willing to work extra hours mid-month and at month-end as needed
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
  • Starting wage $20-$28 per hour based one experience
