Named the #1 electric vehicle (EV) installer in America, we take pride in having deployed more than 10,000 EV chargers and completed approximately 5 megawatts (MW) of solar energy projects.
As an EVITP (Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program) certified turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm, we leverage our in-house expertise to efficiently manage and execute large-scale projects. Our dedication to sustainability and quality extends beyond project completion; we also provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services to ensure optimal performance for the projects we develop, as well as for third-party installations.

  • Ensure that tools and equipment are in good working order and that the project site complies with all OSHA safety requirements.
  • Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of materials to the job site.
  • Establish positive customer interactions by providing on-site contacts with updates on project status.
  • Manage, mentor, and train junior installers to ensure they remain on task throughout the workday.
  • Participate in company training sessions as required.
  • Complete any other assignments and special projects as requested by management.

Qualifications and General Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical installation, construction, or a related field.
  • EVITP Certificate with the goal of obtaining a certified electrician license.
  • Knowledge of the NEC, particularly Article 690, as well as local electrical codes and regulations.
  • Proficient in electrical wiring, conductor deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Experience in the safe use of hand-held power tools.
  • Must have OSHA 10 certification.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Strong dedication to safety with a commitment to following safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to operate in diverse environments (e.g., extreme temperatures, crawl spaces) and adapt to changing project demands.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary based on experience (DOE), ranging from $25 - $28 per hour.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits package.
  • Retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding industry.
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity.
  • Paid training.

Additional Information:
