Position Overview

Everyone's Counseling Center in Bellevue, Washington is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our growing team. This full-time, remote role entails providing high-quality mental health services to a diverse clientele. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate care through individualized treatment plans, while ensuring that clients' emotional and psychological needs are met effectively.

Work Environment

This position is designed for professionals who thrive in a remote setting while being integrated into a supportive, collaborative team culture. Our work environment encourages creativity and professional development, ensuring that counselors feel valued and empowered in their roles. You will be expected to manage your own schedule while adhering to our organizationโ€™s commitments to client care, with a standard work schedule of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional flexibility for client appointments outside regular hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop actionable therapeutic strategies.
  • Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with the individual goals of clients.
  • Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to each clientโ€™s specific situation.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary treatment teams, facilitating comprehensive care and seamless communication.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain detailed client records while adhering to all ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge base.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of psychological concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse challenges. As an LMHC with Everyone's Counseling Center, you will have the unique opportunity to work with individuals from varying demographics, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their distinct needs. Qualifications
  • A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct both individual and group therapy in a mental health context.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to address various mental health conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong rapport and effective relationships with clients from different backgrounds.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for documentation and client interaction.
  • A strong dedication to ethical practice and the ability to maintain client confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within a community health setting or similar environment.
  • Competency in using telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions.
  • Familiarity with substance use disorders and trauma-informed care practices.
  • Participation in continuing education or advanced training that enhances therapeutic skills.
Compensation and Benefits
