POSITION OVERVIEW:
The HR Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant delivery of Human Resources operations at CURE International. This position oversees U.S. payroll administration, employee benefits, HRIS maintenance, leave administration, and HR operational processes while providing exceptional service to co-workers across the organization. The role also contributes to HR process improvements and offers opportunities to support global HR initiatives in areas such as compensation, benefits, HR policy development, and HR technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer accurate and timely bi-weekly U.S. payroll while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, life events, open enrollment, and serving as the primary resource for employee benefit questions.
  • Maintain employee data within the HRIS, support system enhancements, generate reports, and help improve HR processes and workflows.
  • Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and other organizational leave policies.
  • Support HR operational initiatives and special projects, including compensation analysis, HR policy development, and future global HR operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience required.
  • Experience administering employee benefit programs.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll software required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience processing multi-state payroll preferred.
  • Experience with leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation) preferred
