What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and oversee all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care
  • Hire, train, and support a strong nursing team (RNs, LVNs, CNAs) focused on compassion and clinical excellence
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Create care plans, conduct assessments, and monitor outcomes to enhance resident quality of life
  • Partner with the Executive Director and interdisciplinary team to improve systems, staffing, and care delivery
  • Mentor and inspire staff while holding the team accountable to the highest standards
  • Stay current on clinical trends through ongoing education and training

What We're Looking For:
  • Active RN license in California (in good standing)
  • 2+ years of experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
  • 2+ years of nursing leadership experience
  • Strong background in training, scheduling, and staff development
  • Knowledge of MDS, CMS regulations, and state/federal survey process (preferred)
  • Passion for making a difference in residents' lives every day
