About the Position

This full-time teaching position will work with our Toddler students (ages 18 months - 3 years) and encourages increased independence and active participation in the learning process in students. Using developmentally appropriate Montessori learning materials, you guide students as they grow in their comprehension of math, language, science and geography concepts. You will have the opportunity to work with students according to their individual learning capabilities and maturity levels, growing their confidence and problem-solving skills.

About You 

We are looking for someone who is naturally positive, a good communicator, and passionate about learning and child development. You must be: 

  • At least 18 years of age 

  • Minimum high school diploma 

  • Early Childhood Education Certificate or equivalent college degree

  • Montessori Certification preferred

  • Must successfully clear criminal background check 

  • Previous Montessori teaching experience preferred

  • Compliance with all state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position
