Job description

Field Marketing Manager

Application Deadline: 31 August 2026

Department: Marketing & Content

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: New York

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 / year

Description

TL;DR: Kharon is seeking a full-time Field Marketing Manager based in New York, NY. This role requires frequent in-office attendance.

Kharon is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to sit at the center of our field marketing program and drive the marquee initiatives that put us in front of compliance, risk, and government leaders. In this high-visibility role, you will champion our signature events, including the Kharon Global Summit, our industry-leading webinar series, and a dynamic portfolio of field events. This role offers a unique opportunity to approach every conference, roundtable, and webinar as a fully integrated campaignโ€”defining the target audience, driving pre-program demand generation, managing live execution, and following through with structured post-program nurturesโ€”rather than treating them as standalone logistics. The ideal candidate will work closely with Kharon's Sales Team to connect a highly effective, mature field engine directly to pipeline growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Event Strategy & Planning: Build and maintain the North American field marketing calendar, prioritizing conferences, sponsored events, roundtables, customer gatherings, and webinars based on regional sales pipeline objectives and organizational priorities.

  • Flagship Event Ownership: Lead the strategy, production, and marketing efforts for Kharon's full portfolio of hosted eventsโ€”spanning our premier Kharon Global Summit down to hyper-focused, half-day thematic forums and executive roundtablesโ€”delivering gold-standard experiences that engage decision-makers and accelerate revenue.

  • Integrated Execution: End-to-end planning and execution for all in-person and virtual programsโ€”managing logistics (venues, vendors, booth presence, registration) while treating every event as a full campaign from pre-program demand generation through post-event nurture campaigns.

  • Performance, KPIs & Optimization: Define and track metrics across all initiatives (pipeline contribution, audience engagement, ROI) and leverage performance data to continuously refine channel mix, resource allocation, and event formats.

  • Go-To-Market Orchestration: Serve as the strategic hub connecting Sales, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, and our in-house video/webinar production teamโ€”ensuring every event is backed by first-rate creative assets and messaging; creating a world-class attendee experience.

  • Executive & SME Support: Coordinate speaker preparation, briefing materials, and talking points for Kharon executives and subject matter experts appearing on webinars and at live events.

  • Industry Association Development: Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, conference organizers, and other partners to extend Kharon's reach and credibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, with a strong track record of driving demand generation, pipeline, and brand awareness.

  • Prior experience in B2B tech, SaaS, data, intelligence, or risk-related sectors strongly preferred.

  • Experience owning a webinar and/or live event program end-to-end.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results without heavy oversight.

  • Comfortable acting as both strategic owner and hands-on executor, especially in lean or scaling environments.

  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and execute across multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources with discipline and accountability.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring performance, assessing ROI, and translating insights into action.

  • Highly effective cross-functional collaborator, able to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to adapt messaging across audiences.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and event/webinar platform like Zoom, and AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT).
