Cvent has multiple opportunities in our Tyson's Corner, VA office for Project Managers on the Integrated Events Professional Services Team supporting clients leveraging Cvent's Onsite and Virtual Solutions.
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused individual who excels at multitasking and has a proven track record of meeting performance metrics in their current role. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and has a keen interest in event technology solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with effective communication abilities and the talent to build constructive relationships.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, managing their pre-event and onsite or virtual experience using the Cvent Platform
  • Directly support and consult with clients on how to best leverage Cvent's Virtual and Onsite Solutions
  • Manage several concurrent projects while adhering to project milestones and internal metrics
  • Provide advice, consultation, and training to clients based on industry best practices
  • Offer best-in-class technical support backed by timelines created specifically for each project
  • Communicate effectively with diverse internal and client stakeholders to strengthen relationships
  • Act as a liaison between clients and suppliers to quote, order, and ensure successful delivery of onsite event materials and hardware
  • Configure, test and troubleshoot event specific technology prior to and onsite at client events to ensure success
  • Work, alone or with a team, onsite to ensure success on the day of the event - up to 40% travel required

Here's What You Need:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer success or event planning experience.
  • Preferred experience in event industry or onsite technical support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to ensure event execution success
  • Ability to work with and manage a team to achieve goals
  • Ability to excel at developing relationships both virtually and in-person
  • Strong understanding of the onsite event management experience
  • Strong business acumen, ethics, emotional intelligence, and high integrity
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds such as large boxes, printers, etc.
  • Experience with helpdesk systems, CRM software and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Salesforce, MS Office Suite, Slack).
