Premier Cooperative is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Energy Sales Specialist to join our team in Ossian, Iowa. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, growing energy sales, and helping members and customers identify solutions that meet their fuel, propane, lubricants, and energy service needs.
This role combines relationship-building, sales growth, account management, and customer service while supporting the cooperative's mission of providing exceptional value to our members and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, farm, and commercial customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow energy sales within the territory.
  • Promote propane, refined fuels, lubricants, and related energy products and services.
  • Conduct customer visits, identify needs, and recommend solutions that provide value.
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and sales agreements.
  • Work closely with energy operations, delivery drivers, and customer service staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor market conditions and communicate opportunities to customers.
